We compare your financial information to RMA (Risk Management Association) guidelines to make an assessment of the likelihood a lender would extend you a loan. 

Think of this as being pre-qualified to buy a house.    

Phase 2 – Loan Packaging

Building on our financial evaluation, we provide a loan package designed to proactively address the questions and concerns most lenders have.

Our goal in this process it to organize a loan packet that accurately represents you and what you are trying to accomplish.
