Roosevelt has served as Pastor, Church Planter, and Director of Church Development and Church Planting for the Dallas Baptist Association. Roosevelt is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Gene has been in the real estate business for the past 35 years. He brings excellent experience in development, appraisal and brokerage services. Peter has spent the last 10 years assisting churches and schools by maximizing their ministry through buying, leasing, and selling properties. Additionally, he helps churches evaluate their real estate options to make informed decisions. Peter also utilizes his past experience working for a mortgage company to help his clients acquire financing to purchase, renovate, build, or refinance their facilities. Peter is the leader of the Financing Team for Service Realty.
John Muzyka has served churches for the last 13 years. John actively represents churches as a buyer’s representative as they look for land and buildings. John has developed a process that he uses to serve church planters and multisite churches as they investigate new multisite locations and identify all available opportunities within the target areas. John leads our team as they serve churches in the DFW Metroplex and Houston. John lives in Carrollton, TX with his wife and two sons and is a deacon at Prestonwood Baptist Church. In his spare time, John loves to smoke Texas BBQ and serves in the Prestonwood Sports Organization. “I’ll never sell a church. I will serve a church and sell a church property”.
President and founder of Service Realty, Inc., Danny manages the entire company operations and directly oversees church relocations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area that are handled by staff members or associates. He founded the company in 1986 and by 1990 had made the commitment to serve churches exclusively. Danny’s dedication to the real estate needs of the church community is a natural merging of his love for the Church and his background in property acquisition and development. As Director of Parks, Recreation and Libraries for the City of Plano, TX, he played a leading role in acquiring and developing land for the city’s nationally recognized, award-winning park system.
Wayne serves local churches with experience and knowledgeable consultation through four decades as a Pastor, church growth consultant, Department Director on denominational staff, and university professor. Wayne has served and lived in the DFW area more than 30 years. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Wayne serves churches, schools, and religious organizations with expertise to help navigate decision making toward best practices and appropriate solutions for revitalization, expansion, relocation, and other opportunities for Kingdom impact.
A native Dallasite, Bill has been in business in Dallas for over 30 years. He has an exceptional knowledge of the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and from his involvement in his own church has come to know many church leaders in North Texas. Bob Allen has over thirty years of experience in Commercial Financing and Banking. His banking experience includes financing for new projects as well as for construction and development. He also has provided church financing for many churches over the years for acquisition, debt re-structure and new construction. He is the Senior Finance Officer at his church. After three decades of working for banks, he finished his banking career as Branch President, a position he held for five years. Bob’s knowledge in church finance introduced him to working in the Church community. After leaving the Banking Field, Bob joined Service Realty to provide real estate and financial consulting.
Vince understands the unique needs of churches. He has served as a lead pastor and church planter for more than twenty one years. He has more than nine years experience as a commercial real estate agent. He has assisted numerous churches in buying, selling, and leasing properties. He is a graduate of Houston Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He currently serves as an Elder at Bridgepoint Community Church in Cypress, Tx.
Daniel, a licensed Real Estate broker, brings 20+ years of experience as a Pastor, Bible College educator, and Church consultant to addressing the physical plant and growth needs of churches in the greater Houston area. An engineer by training, Daniel earned graduate degrees from Houston Baptist University and Dallas Theological Seminary. He has consulted with hundreds of ministry leaders and local churches through the years, and intimately understands their unique needs in expanding the Kingdom of God here on Earth. Daniel is fully bilingual and has a unique passion for being of service to the growing number of Hispanic churches and other minority Christian populations in the Houston area.

Her education focus is Intercultural Studies from Dallas Christian College. Her passion is cross-cultural ministry and seeing the church, all ethnicities and cultures, united in Christ. She has helped cultures represented from all over the world find a place of worship in the city of Houston, as it is the most ethnically diverse city in the United States. She serves at her local church, Houston Northwest Church, where her husband is a student pastor.
