Interested in Buying/Leasing a Property?
Church Realty helps churches Maximize Ministry using Real Estate as a Tool.
We lead our clients through a four-phase process illustrated below:
When a church considers acquiring property, relocating, or launching a campus the leadership must have Vision Clarity, a defined Ministry Strategy and a clear mission field or Target Area. In this first phase we come alongside you to help you Define Your Goals and clearly Identify your Real Estate Requirements.
Understanding your Facility Needs, your Financial Capacity, and the Market Realities in your target area will help you determine your financial ability to secure the funding necessary to complete your project. In this step, we assist clients to help them formulate a plan that is workable and meets their needs and fits their budget.
In this phase, we will Identify Options and Investigate Opportunities to help you find the right SOLUTION for your ministry. Identifying options that are both on and off the market gives your team a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace. We will help you Count the Cost and Make Offers on properties for your ministry.
In this final phase, we will take the time to DO the due diligence, Secure Financing, and negotiate the terms that will lead you to a closing. After comparing options and performing the “Do” Diligence you should be headed to a final closing. The goal is to Implement a Solution that Maximizes Ministry.

“As our team searched for a facility for our church, Church Realty served The Village Church - Plano by identifying options that were listed for sale and uncovered additional options that were not on the market. Working together with Church Realty, we were able to secure a facility solution that was never on the market but it was exactly what we had been praying for.”Hunter Hall, Plano Campus Pastor at The Village Church
