BROKER PRICE OPINION
This is a service provided to clients who would like to know what their property would most likely sell for. This is different than the value listed in an appraisal.
Clients engaging in this service are evaluating the pros and cons of renovating, expanding, or relocating. They want to identify all options as they prepare to invest in a long-term real estate strategy.
TARGET AREA STUDY
A Target Area Study is an important planning tool for church planters, multisite churches, or ministries that have targeted a specific community to reach. We use your ministry footprint and current demographic realities to inform the way we evaluate real estate options within your defined geographic area.
MULTISITE LOCATION EVALUATION
We assist multisite churches in the evaluation of multiple communities simultaneously. Understanding the realities of their various target areas allows you to take advantage of unique opportunities as they arise.
Some churches find themselves in communities experiencing redevelopment. In these cases, clients want to understand how redevelopment and potential zoning changes will impact their property’s highest and best use.
