Not only is Bryan a licensed real estate Broker, he is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has assisted in the financing and relocation of churches and other organizations since 1982, and his extensive financial experience spans more than twenty years. Bryan’s commitment to the church community is personal as well as professional; in his own church, he serves as an Elder. As an experienced church consultant, he understands the concerns that churches have when faced with the decision to expand or relocate. As a financial counselor, he is sensitive to churches’ unique needs in regard to financial advice and relocation guidance.

Danny Muzyka is the founder of Service Realty, Inc. Danny manages the entire company operations and directly oversees church relocations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area that is handled by staff members or associates. He founded the company in 1986 and by 1990 made the commitment to serve churches exclusively. Danny’s dedication to the real estate needs of the church community is a natural merging of his love for the church and his background in property acquisition and development. As Director of Parks, Recreation, and Libraries for the City of Plano, Texas, he played a leading role in acquiring and developing land for the City’s nationally recognized, award-winning park system.
