President and founder of Service Realty, Inc. Danny manages the entire company operations and directly oversees church relocations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area that are handled by staff members or associates. He founded the company in 1986 and by 1990 had made the commitment to serve churches exclusively. Danny's dedication to the real estate needs of the church community is a natural merging of his love for the church and his background in property acquisition and development. As Director of Parks, Recreation and Libraries for the City of Plano, TX, he played a leading role in acquiring and developing land for the city's nationally recognized, award-winning park system.

A native Dallasite, Bill has been in business in Dallas for over 30 years. He has an exceptional knowledge of the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and from his involvement in his own church has come to know many church leaders in North Texas. He understands the unique nature of different churches and has the heart and experience to assist in your relocation process.

John works in the Plano office serving churches in North Dallas County and Collin County. Prior to SRI, John worked for the Plano Independent School District before entering the home building industry. An active member in his church, John has a passion to serve churches by preparing and executing strategic relocation plans.

Working out of our Plano office, Peter focuses on serving churches in Dallas and Denton Counties. Before coming back to Texas, Peter spent time working with a mortgage company in Michigan. In addition to his sales experience, Peter also has a focus in marketing. Peter sees his work with SRI as a great chance to serve others as they embark on their relocation process.

Don has been a Dallas resident for more than 20 years and serves churches in Dallas and Collin Counties. Formerly an urban planner assisting local government entities in developing land use plans, zoning ordinances, and conducting parks and open space planning; he maintains active memberships in the American Planning Association and the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Don serves the southeastern portion of the metroplex. His work in commercial real estate and his knowledge of the areas he serves, combined with his dedication to the church community, enables him to provide excellent assistance and guidance to congregations in these areas.

Ron has served in ordained ministry for over 30 years, including 21 years in leadership at a church in Kansas City that saw remarkable growth in attendance, giving and the spiritual transformation of its people. He coaches senior pastors and leaders of churches across North America and speaks widely on managing change in the local church, church planting, evangelism, church growth, leadership development, and spiritual formation. Ron brings his love for the church and deep understanding of congregational life into the service of churches looking for solutions to their real estate needs.

Roosevelt Broach is an ordained minister of almost 30 years, who has a passion and a background in helping churches with church growth and leadership. Roosevelt has served as the Lead Pastor of a new church plant, Director of Church Development for the Dallas Baptist Association, and is currently a Pastor in Greenville Texas. In addition to his extensive church background, Roosevelt is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Young Sop Kim continues to be integrally involved in serving church congregations throughout the Metroplex with Service Realty.
